Who we are
This site belongs to Presidency PU College, Hebbal Kempapura, #33/C, #33/D, Kempapura, Hebbal, Bengaluru 560024. We are a pre-university college. We are not Presidency University. In this policy, "we" means the college.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we ask for:
- your child's name,
- the parent's name,
- a mobile number,
- an email address, if you choose to give one, and
- what you are interested in (Science, Commerce, Integrated or not sure yet).
We do not ask for marks, Aadhaar numbers or identity documents on this site. We ask for documents separately, in person, at admission.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we keep the number or address you used so we can reply.
Why we use it
We use your details to call or message you about your enquiry, to tell you about admission dates and visits, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising by other companies.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed to deal with your admission query, then delete it. If your child joins the college, the admission record is kept under the college's own student-records rules, which are separate from this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also tell us to stop calling or messaging you. Write to puc-hebbal@presidency.edu.in or call 96204 84333, Mon–Sat, 8 am – 6 pm. We will reply as soon as we can. This policy is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
Children
The enquiry form is for parents and guardians. If you are a student under 18, please ask a parent to send the enquiry.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of the page.
